Your booking rules apply
Change, cancellation and refund eligibility is not the same for every booking. It depends on the fare, supplier and selected service. Some rates are non-refundable.
Requesting a change
Use Manage Booking and include the booking reference and requested change. A request is not accepted until the team reviews the rules, availability and fees and sends confirmation.
Fees and fare differences
The cost may include supplier charges, a fare difference, or a disclosed service fee. The team will present the available amount before processing whenever possible.
Offline and supplier payments
Al Mehwar does not collect payment through this website. If a confirmed service later requires a refund, the applicable sales agreement and supplier terms determine the process and timing.
